I am sure that we all had huge goals at the start of 2020 and the Corona Pandemic took us all by shock horror and terror. This resulted in some of our goals needing adjusting and re planning.
Whether it is your personal or professional lives you have goals. And goals are important to each of us. No matter how small or insignificant it may be, be proud of yourself that you set Goals and are working towards them.
One of my many goals for this year was to take my son who turned 4 in August on an airplane as he loves aeroplanes and wants to be a pilot. Due to the pandemic I could not take him on an aeroplane so I am moving that to a 2021 goal and made a new goal to take him on an outing once a month a local place he could visit a place of outing. This may seem like a small goal, but it is still a goal no doubt and when you achieve those small goals, they inspire you to set bigger goals. It is equally important for you to reward yourself when you have achieved your goals and your rewards can be something like a takeaway meal from your favourite restaurant, a pedicure etc.
Get your goals written down and keep them somewhere visible where you can see them all the time. We have all done new goals in line with the remainder of 2020 and will with no doubt be doing new goals for 2021.
Reward yourself once you have achieved your goal. Even if it is a small reward, reward yourself for achieving your goals and you will see how fabulous you feel.
Here are 4 important questions to ask yourself when planning your goals.
