You will be:
    • An experienced Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 3 years working in an agency environment
    • An exceptional team player who is a quick learner and open to knowledge sharing
    • Have a Degree or Diploma with a passion or an area of specialisation (for example Supply Chain, IT, Advertising etc)
    • Have a strong network or client base or experience recruiting in SA and / or international  
    • No restraint of trade
 
Duties:
    • Full 360 Recruitment including:  
        • Client Account Management
        • Qualifying Vacancies and job orders
        • Advertising jobs using various social media platform including job portals
        • Using (Canva, PNET, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc)
        • Shortlisting, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and processing suitable job applicants for Contract, Perm or Temp roles
 
    • Talent Acquisition and Candidate Marketing
        • Talent sourcing and creating a pool of talent
        • Head Hunting Candidates
        • CV typing and reformatting to our company standard, building a stand-out candidate profile that promotes and markets high calibre candidates
 
    • New Business Development:  
        • Telesales – new and existing clients
        • Client Visits – new and existing clients
 
    • Networking:
        • Attending conferences, corporate events and networking meetings
        • Hosting talks, webinars or seminars
        • Creating videos to market your area of specialisation
 
    • Administration:  
        • Ensuring accurate information from candidate, clients and maintaining the CRM
        • Scheduling, coordinating, and ensuring client-candidate interviews and following up
        • Collating documents, submitting credit, criminal and qualification checks
        • Assisting with candidate letters of offer, letters of appointment and contracts
        • Processing Timesheets on a bi-weekly basis for payroll (Temp/ contract)
        • Regretting unsuccessful candidates
