Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Software Tester to join our dynamic software development team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring quality across new and exciting projects, working with modern technologies, and continuing to grow your testing career in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance & Strategy: Analyse use cases and requirements for validity and feasibility. Create and maintain test plans, reports, and strategies to drive top-tier quality standards.
- Test Execution: Execute full-spectrum testing (functional, integration, regression, domain, stress, scenario, and UAT) across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with developers, assist with UAT, and help train end-users.
- Defect & Log Management: Detect, submit, and verify bugs. Analyse logs to investigate and pinpoint root causes of live system issues.
- Automation & Releases: Support test automation initiatives and take ownership of releasing software to production environments.
- Stakeholder Advisory: Analyse test results to clearly advise stakeholders on system health and recommended corrective actions.

- Issue Tracking & Docs: JIRA, Confluence
- Testing & Automation: Robot Framework, Python, Postman, Chrome DevTools (JS snippets)
- Databases & Messaging: MySQL, RabbitMQ
- Infrastructure & Monitoring: Rancher, Kibana, GitHub, Android
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in a Software Testing (or similar) role.
- Relevant Software Testing Certifications, Degree, or Diploma.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of Databases and SQL.
- Mindset: Strong team player with a high appetite to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Experience with Test Automation.
- Hands-on exposure to API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
- Experience within the FMCG domain.
