Our client in the UK is looking for a Partnerships Manager to help us expand our network of corporate members and partners.
This role is about bringing more organisations into the business Network and helping them see real value in being part of a global, purpose-driven community.
The business Network is a global community of over 50,000 professionals across 114 countries, connecting women and allies throughout the automotive industry. We work with organisations worldwide to support talent development, visibility, and commercial growth.

What you’ll be doing
- Ownership of warm sponsorship, partnership, and membership enquiries
- Proactively grow our reach by identifying and engaging new corporate members and partners in a creative way
- Lead discovery conversations to understand company goals, priorities, budgets, and decision-making processes
- Clearly present sponsorship, partnership, and membership options that align with each organisation’s objectives
- Manage the full journey from initial conversation to close, with consistent and thoughtful follow-up
- Maintain momentum across opportunities and take responsibility for moving conversations forward
- Work towards sales targets and KPIs while contributing to a collaborative, supportive commercial team
- Share feedback from the market, including objections, insights, and what’s resonating with organisations
What we’re looking for
- Matric + Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- 3- 5 years’ Experience in account management, partnerships, or sponsorship sales (experience in conferences, memberships, or communities is a strong plus)
- A proactive, opportunity-driven mindset with a genuine interest in building long-term relationships
- Confidence communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior decision-makers
- Ability to balance new business development with nurturing existing accounts
- Curious, adaptable, and open to new ideas, tools, and ways of working
- Guide Community Managers on campaign priorities, outreach strategy, and messaging direction.
