A high-impact, enterprise-wide sales leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth across branch networks, contact centres, third-party distribution partners, field teams, and B2B/corporate sales channels.
 
This role requires a hands-on commercial leader to establish a unified sales operating model that balances aggressive target achievement with high-quality acquisition and strong revenue-to-cash conversion.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue & Performance Management: Own consolidated revenue targets; convert high-level budgets into daily/weekly operational KPIs; execute pipeline forecasting, variance analysis, and immediate revenue-recovery plans.
  •  Multi-Channel & Branch Leadership: Direct operations across branch networks, call centres, and field teams to maximise consultant productivity, quality sales, and operational compliance.
  •  Distributor & Reseller Oversight: Manage third-party distribution and reseller channels, monitoring sales volume, quality metrics, collection viability, and commercial profitability.
  •  B2B & Strategic Business Development: Lead B2B growth, corporate partnerships, employer-based programmes, and payroll-linked opportunities from proposal to execution.
  •  Sales Quality & Collections Alignment: Partner with Finance and Customer Support to enforce strict onboarding compliance, mandate verification, high first-instalment collection rates, and long-term customer retention.
  •  Campaigns & Activations: Design and execute high-tempo sales drives, workplace activations, community outreach initiatives, and performance incentive programmes.
  •  People Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and manage performance across multi-site sales teams and channel leaders.
 
Requirements & Experience
 
  •  Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
  • 5+ years of proven senior sales leadership managing multi-site branches, contact centres, and third-party reseller/partner networks.
  •   Financial services, credit, debt solutions, insurance, or related regulated, high-volume sales environments (highly advantageous).
  • Demonstrated success owning substantial multi-channel revenue targets, pipeline forecasting, and sales turnaround strategies.
  •  Proven track record in corporate business development, employer schemes, or payroll-linked/PERSAL channels.
  •  Operations & Compliance: In-depth understanding of sales quality assurance, first-instalment readiness, and collections-linked revenue cycles.
  • Strong financial acumen, executive reporting capability, and willingness to travel regionally across branch networks.
