Support the growth of the company’s online store through digital marketing execution while assisting with customer email enquiries when required.
Primary Focus
- Driving traffic and conversions through paid advertising
- Increasing repeat purchases through email marketing
- Supporting customers through email communication
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Management
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage Google Ads campaigns
- Test and optimise campaigns for ROAS and conversions
- Scale successful campaigns and manage budgets
- Report on campaign performance
Email Marketing
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns
- Design promotional emails
- Manage customer lists and segmentation
- Set up automations (abandoned cart, promotions, launches)
- Track open rates, clicks and conversions
Creative Design
- Design ad creatives
- Create graphics for email campaigns
- Develop visuals for marketing promotions
Customer Email Support (Secondary)
- Respond to customer email enquiries
- Provide delivery updates
- Assist with product sizing questions
- Manage returns and order queries
Ideal Candidate
Skills & Experience
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms
- Ability to create marketing graphics (Canva / Adobe)
- Strong written English
- Experience working with eCommerce brands
