Regional Medical Sales Manager – ENT devises| Durban or Cape Town

 

Our Client is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow their ENT business across the Coastal Region.

 

Reporting to the Business Unit Director, this strategic leadership role is responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, market expansion, and team performance. The successful candidate will develop and execute regional business plans, manage key stakeholder relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve financial and operational objectives.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field

• Minimum 8 years’ sales experience, including 5 years in medical devices or pharmaceutical sales

• At least 4 years’ sales management experience

• Essential theatre experience

• Strong commercial, financial, and strategic management skills

• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing key healthcare stakeholder relationships

• Extensive knowledge of the South African medical devices industry and healthcare market
