We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Project Manager to support the successful delivery of projects across The Group’s diverse business divisions: Student Accommodation, Property Sales and Transportation (Bus Company). This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their project management skills by working closely with managers on a variety of initiatives.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Core Project Coordination & Support:
  • Assist in the development of project plans by helping to define tasks, estimate timelines, and document key deliverables.
  • Use project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) to update project schedules, track task completion, and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Assist in identifying and tracking project risks and issues, maintaining the risk register and escalating concerns to management.
  • Support the team throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to execution and closure.
  • Help administer the change control process by documenting change requests and tracking their status.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, preparing regular status updates and reports for review by management.
Assist in coordinating quality checks to ensure deliverables meet required standards.
 
 Team & Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Coordinate tasks and activities among project team members to ensure alignment with the project schedule.
  • Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day project inquiries, ensuring timely communication and escalating issues as needed.
  • Assist in coordinating with third-party vendors, contractors, and suppliers, helping to track orders and schedule deliveries.
Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and be responsible for taking and distributing detailed meeting minutes.  
 
 Division-Specific Project Support:
The Project Manager will provide hands-on support for projects such as:
Student Accommodation: Support projects such as property maintenence, by tracking timelines, coordinating contractor schedules, and maintaining project files.
 
Assist with the rollout of new operational systems, helping with user feedback and the preparation of training materials.
 
  • Property Sales: Support property transaction projects by gathering documentation, coordinating with all involved teams, and tracking key deadlines.
  • Help coordinate renovation projects by scheduling maintenance staff and ensuring materials etc. are on-site as needed.
 
  • Bus Company: Help coordinate projects (e.g., depot upgrades) by tracking progress and liaising with on-site teams.
 
Project Closure:
  • Assist with the project close-out process, helping to compile final documentation, complete administrative checklists, and archive project files.
Participate in post-project reviews and help document lessons learned to contribute to the team’s continuous improvement.
