OUR CLIENT IS SEEKING A HR & PAYROLL OFFICER
📍 Location: Springfield Park
💰 Salary: up to R25 000 (based on experience)

Are you passionate about payroll with a flair for HR? Our client is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced HR & Payroll Officer to join their manufacturing team!
🔑 Key Focus Areas
✅ 80% Payroll – Full function payroll management (SimplePay & Sage essential)
✅ HR Troubleshooting – Assist with day-to-day HR queries, leave management, disciplinary administration, and employee documentation
✅ Compliance – Ensure all statutory submissions (UIF, PAYE, etc.) are accurate and up to date
✅ Support – Partner with management to keep HR processes smooth and efficient
💡 What They are Looking For
✔ 5+ years’ payroll experience (SimplePay & Sage)
✔ Strong understanding of HR best practices & labour compliance
✔ Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
✔ Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
