Position:  Payroll Administrator
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours 8am – 4.30pm
Salary: R15000 CTC
 
Requirements:
Must have own car
Relevant qualification
Pastel Payroll experience
This is an AA/EE position
 
Experience:
Grade 12
Finance or HR Diploma – Tertiary Education is compulsory
Sage Pastel Payroll & Pastel Evolution Experience
Bilingual in both English and Zulu will be an advantage
Knowledge of Labour Legislation, Skills Development, Employment Equity, POPI, CPA
 
Duties:
Process Weekly Wages & Prepare Monthly Salary Payroll
Process time sheets into Staff Tracker
Knowledge of PAYE and statutory compliance and understanding of employee benefits
Knowledge on the taxability of all earnings, fringe benefits and company contributions and manual tax calculations
Knowledge of Easy file, IRP 5 codes & IRP5 Submissions
Submission of UI19’s, Knowledge of Ufiling
Submission of EMP 501 – Bi-annual & year end
Submission of ROE annually
Maintain Employee records – Ensure that employee files are opened for new staff and are kept up to date.
Submission of paperwork for provident fund, garnishees orders and the bargaining council.
Resolve employee queries on any payroll & leave related information.
Manage the staff loans process, check and process loan deductions
Administration of overtime
Assist and Administrate the EE Process (Submission of EEA4, 12, 14)
Collate information for Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Reports
Monitor the training plan and ensure that all training indicated is implemented
Assist in the BBBEE process
Capturing of Supplier Invoices on Pastel Evolution
Loading Payments on FNB online banking
