Enterprise and MPS Sales Professional (Durban)
  • To promote the company range of Enterprise hardware and managed services solutions to corporate customers. This is a target-based position and therefore monthly targets and activity targets will need to be achieved.  
Key Responsibilities
  • Cold Calling and generating new business  
  • Customer Service and Account management
  • To understand company product range and services
  • Validate, Manage and maintain Maximizer Database information as well as load all opportunities on the company CRM system
  • You will be required to facilitate all financing in accordance with approved finance houses and in accordance with company procedures
  • Extended warranty and SLA agreements
  • Product Demonstrations
  • Attend monthly KPI sessions where measurement of personal performance is discussed with action plans put in place
  • Co ordinate all installations and will be required to assist pre- sales engineer with user training.
  • Conduct and/or co ordinate detailed print audits in accordance with division workflow as and when required.
  • Participate in all company sales promotions so that the respective targets are achieved.
