To promote the company range of Enterprise hardware and managed services solutions to corporate customers. This is a target-based position and therefore monthly targets and activity targets will need to be achieved.
Cold Calling and generating new business
Customer Service and Account management
To understand company product range and services
Validate, Manage and maintain Maximizer Database information as well as load all opportunities on the company CRM system
You will be required to facilitate all financing in accordance with approved finance houses and in accordance with company procedures
Extended warranty and SLA agreements
Attend monthly KPI sessions where measurement of personal performance is discussed with action plans put in place
Co ordinate all installations and will be required to assist pre- sales engineer with user training.
Conduct and/or co ordinate detailed print audits in accordance with division workflow as and when required.
Participate in all company sales promotions so that the respective targets are achieved.
