Materials and Production Planner
To ensure that customer forecasts and sales orders are correctly interpreted and actioned, in order to deliver on time.
This includes re-scheduling production according to stock availability, and communicating with customers, both external and internal.
To ensure that raw material is ordered for planned production and due dates are communicated to all relevant parties.
Key Requirement is to have Production Planning in Manufacturing
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Planning / forecasting experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Basic lean manufacturing knowledge an advantage.
- Stock management.
- Honesty and integrity at all times.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and establish priorities.
- The ability to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide seamless customer service
Location: Pinetown
Salary: R30 000 – R 35 000 CTC per month I DOE
