Marketing Coordinator – CPT
We’re looking for a Client Marketing Coordinator to partner with clients on their email and SMS marketing – owning campaign delivery end to end, from setup, copywriting, and image design through testing, sending, and post-campaign reporting – while helping clients get the most value and exposure from the platform. This is a hands-on, mid-level role combining client interaction, campaign execution, and coordination. They’ll work closely with hospitality clients, guiding them, shaping their campaigns, and making sure everything runs smoothly end-to-end.
Candidates MUST have restaurant and/or hospitality industry experience who understand the restaurant world – its audiences, its margins, its seasonality, and what makes diners book a table.
Salary Bracket (CTC- Claremont)
R25,000 – R35,000
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute email and SMS campaigns for a portfolio of clients — end to end, from campaign setup, copywriting, and image design through testing, sending, and post-campaign reporting
- Act as a day-to-day client partner — guiding, advising, and helping improve campaign outcomes
- Translate client input into clear, effective campaigns that align with customer journeys
- Manage multiple campaigns at once, keeping timelines, accuracy, and quality on track
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure required booking or event setups are in place to support campaigns
- Review and refine campaigns with a strong eye for layout, clarity, and user experience, including producing simple campaign imagery where needed
- Monitor campaign performance and report on results, using insights to improve future campaigns
- Handle campaign-related admin, including revisions, tracking, and invoicing
- Contribute to broader marketing work over time, depending on their strengths and interests, as well as business needs
What This Role Is Really Like
They’ll be balancing multiple clients, each with different levels of input, urgency, and marketing maturity. Part of the role is helping clients make better decisions — not just executing requests. It’s a detail-heavy role with a steady flow of work. They’ll need to stay organised, keep things moving, and take ownership of getting campaigns out the door properly and on time.
