Purpose:
To consult on customers Microsoft 365, Teams, and AI (Copilot) from the
ground up, the M365 and AI Consultant will define oerings, work with our pre-sales team, deliver projects, and support clientele.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement Microsoft 365/Teams/Copilot oerings for SMBs
- Lead tenant readiness, Teams governance, SharePoint migrations, Teams Phone
- Implement security baselines (MFA/CA, Defender, DLP, Purview)
- Run Copilot readiness, pilots, and adoption programs
- Create reusable templates, runbooks, and training assets
- Drive measurable adoption and client outcomes
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5+ years in Microsoft 365/Teams/SharePoint/Power Platform delivery
- Strong pre-sales, solutioning, and stakeholder communication skills
- Hands-on with Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Teams Phone, Copilot
- Experience with change management and adoption
- Relevant Microsoft certifications or Applied Skills badges
- Power Automate/Apps, COE starter kit, basic scripting/automation, SQL experience
- Experience with SMB owner-managed environments
- Project Management software experience
