We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and controlling of performance deliverables in Learning and Development.
 
The L & D Manager will be responsible and accountable for:
      • Manage the Learning Strategy
      • Learning Curriculum Management
      • People Management
      • Management Reporting
 
Essential Requirements
    • Relevant Tertiary qualification including ODETDP Qualification and Professional Training related qualifications mandatory
    • 5 years Learning and Development Management experience
    • Sound knowledge of telesales in both the financial and telecommunications sectors advantageous
    • Sound understanding of the Contact center operations, policies, and procedures
    • Strong People Management and Project Management skills
    • Must be an analytical thinker
    • Confident, innovative, and self-driven
    • Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills
    • Resource and capacity management,
    • Stakeholder relationship management,
    • Must be agile, emotionally intelligent and be culture fit,
    • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
    • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
    • Must be passionate about people
    • Microsoft Office proficient 
    • Can work under pressure whilst remaining flexible and daptable to change
