We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and controlling of performance deliverables in Learning and Development.
The L & D Manager will be responsible and accountable for:
- Manage the Learning Strategy
- Learning Curriculum Management
- People Management
- Management Reporting
Essential Requirements
- Relevant Tertiary qualification including ODETDP Qualification and Professional Training related qualifications mandatory
- 5 years Learning and Development Management experience
- Sound knowledge of telesales in both the financial and telecommunications sectors advantageous
- Sound understanding of the Contact center operations, policies, and procedures
- Strong People Management and Project Management skills
- Must be an analytical thinker
- Confident, innovative, and self-driven
- Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills
- Resource and capacity management,
- Stakeholder relationship management,
- Must be agile, emotionally intelligent and be culture fit,
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Must be passionate about people
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Can work under pressure whilst remaining flexible and daptable to change
