Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with allocated key clients to ensure customer retention, satisfaction, and growth of the Bidtrack brand.
- Conduct regular client engagements (site visits, meetings, and reviews) to understand operational needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for value-added solutions.
- Train new and existing clients on Bidtrack Fleet Management products, hardware, and the Fleetview platform to ensure optimal usage and maximum return on investment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts by managing client queries, disputes, escalations, and service-related concerns through to resolution.
- Proactively identify risks within accounts (non-recoveries, system misuse, poor compliance, churn risks) and implement corrective action plans.
- Identify and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing key
Requirements
- Matric with Maths + Tertiary Qualification preferred
- A self-driven, results-oriented individual who consistently goes the extra mile to deliver exceptional service and exceeds client expectations. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven sales or account management experience (advantageous), with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into value for both the client and the business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
