1. Strategic Brand Leadership
- Develop and implement Group-wide brand strategy aligned with Organisational objectives.
- Safeguard Corporate Identity and brand governance.
- Ensure all external and internal communications align with brand positioning and regulatory requirements within the built environment sector.
- Monitor and manage reputational risk.
- Ensure consistent positioning across all entities.
2. Marketing Performance & Commercial Growth
- Develop and execute performance-driven marketing strategies.
- Oversee an optimize paid media (Including, but not limited to, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Facebook).
- Drive SEO and digital visibility.
- Implement lead-generation strategies aligned to business goals.
- Track and report ROI (Return on Investment) across campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse website performance via Google Analytics and reporting dashboards.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including database segmentation and campaign reporting.
3. Content & Thought Leadership Strategy
- Develop structured content strategy aligned to CPD, compliance and consulting services.
- Produce high-level thought leadership content.
- Plan, create and manage multi-platform content strategies for the company’s digital channels (Facebook, LinkedIn and future channels (YouTube)
- Design and produce professional graphics, videos and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.
- Draft high-quality written content for social media posts, website articles, project features and thought leadership pieces.
- Ensure technical accuracy of regulatory content through conducting industry-specific research.
4. Corporate Branding & Collateral Governance
- Maintain CI (Continuous integration) standards across:
- Website
- Company Profile updates
- Templates for internal and external presentations, and approve all external brand material
- Reports
- Promotional materials
- Fleet branding
- Operational materials, including regulatory documentation references
- Client-reporing documentation’s design and formatting
- Operational materials, including regulatory documentation references
5. Systems & Process Optimisation
- Identify digital inefficiencies.
- Implement automation and reporting dashboards.
- Develop SOPs for recurring digital processes.
- Improve cross-department alignment.
6. Client Reporting & Data Structuring
- Produce detailed, client-specific performance and compliance reports using internal data management systems.
- Extract, analyse and structure operational and project-related data into professionally formatted reports for client presentation
- Translate technical operational data into executive-level reports.
- Design structured, branded reporting templates.
- Ensure data integrity with the in-house team, ensure alignment with contractual and regulatory reporting requirements before client submission.
7. Budget & Reporting
- Compile and manage marketing budget.
- Present detailed monthly performance reports.
- Report to CEO and Exco on:
- ROI
- Lead performance
- LMS performance
- Brand health
