Our client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a sales and installation team, drive branch performance, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch sales, administration, and installation teams
- Drive branch sales growth and achieve revenue targets
- Oversee daily branch operations, scheduling, and resource planning
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Manage branch performance, budgets, reporting, and operational efficiencies
- Develop and mentor team members while fostering a positive culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders
Essential Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience in technical sales, operations, or installation environments
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or branch management role
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience working with contractors, facilities management, or industrial/commercial clients advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required
