FIT Travel Specialist

Location: Westville area (Durban, KwaZulu-Natal)

Salary: R16,000 basic + commission

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a travel agency environment.

• Proven track record in sales and client acquisition.

• Strong knowledge of FIT (Free Independent Traveler) travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, tours, and packages.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Must reside close to Westville area for ease of commute.

Responsibilities

• Handle FIT travel bookings from enquiry to completion.

• Provide expert advice and tailor-made travel solutions to clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings.

• Collaborate with team members to maximize sales opportunities.
