Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop seasonal, nutritious menus tailored to various dietary needs.
  • Lead and mentor the kitchen team to maintain high standards.
  • Manage daily operations, stock, and supplier relationships.
  • Oversee food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
  • Monitor food and labour costs to maintain profitability.
  • Coordinate and execute VIP events and bespoke dining experiences.
  • Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and adherence to service expectations.
 
Requirements:
  • Professional culinary qualification (e.g., Diploma in Culinary Arts or City & Guilds).
  • 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, menu costing, and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
