Executive Chef

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop seasonal, nutritious menus tailored to various dietary needs.
- Lead and mentor the kitchen team to maintain high standards.
- Manage daily operations, stock, and supplier relationships.
- Oversee food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
- Monitor food and labour costs to maintain profitability.
- Coordinate and execute VIP events and bespoke dining experiences.
- Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and adherence to service expectations.
Requirements:
- Professional culinary qualification (e.g., Diploma in Culinary Arts or City & Guilds).
- 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, menu costing, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
