Our client develops, implements & supports an ERP software system that specifically designed for managing clothing & footwear brands.
They are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic ERP Service Consultant who will be responsible for remotely solving client queries; ranging from simple ERP system configs to reading and writing SQL queries.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background customer service, Systems (ERP, Accounts, Warehouse), SQL and Reports (SSRS).
Responsibilities:
- Customer support via Email, Tickets and Telephonic
- Investigating reporting questions (Crystal, SSRS, DevX)
- Remote training guidance of clients re: our system (Sync)
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to database performance, data accuracy, and data integrity.
Develop and Edit SSRS, Crystal & DevExpress reports that provide accurate information to system users
Requirements
- Tertiary IT qualification (BSc / Bcom / Beng)
- Must have passed all grade 12 subjects on higher grade
- Must have passed Mathematics on higher grade in grade 12
- Dealing with customers
- Working with ERP systems: Pastel Evo, AccPac etc.
- Report writing: SSRS, Crystal, DevX
- Microsoft Azure environment (VM’s, SQL)
- Understand and write SQL queries
- Remote Desktop / GotToAssist / TeamViewer
- Freshdesk
