    • Work with the team to plan social media strategy and campaigns
    • Plan, create and schedule content across social media channels
    • (Main focus on Instagram, but also handling TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest)
    • Create content from emails to share on social media
    • Researching social media trends and opportunities for the brands growth
    • Spend time on social media engaging with our followers
    • Contributing to interesting discussions in our niche across social media and online forums (Facebook groups, Reddit etc.)
    • Analyse campaign data and generate insights about our customers to inform future efforts
    • Develop and drive 360 marketing campaigns
    • Create and lead brand marketing calendar
    • Have a full strategic view on social media channels, considering analytics. promotion strategy, scheduling
    • Build regular marketing emails including newsletters and product emails in Klaviyo
    • Segmenting audiences to delivery highly focussed content to the right people at the right time
    • Create strategy and messaging documents for new product launches
    • Able to write engaging and SEO optimised blog posts
    • Support in building presence on YouTube
 
Skills & Experience
    • Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Communication, Brand Management
    • Expertise working with product-based e-commerce brands on Instagram, Tik-Tok and ideally Facebook and YouTube
    • Expertise on Klaviyo and ideally Shopify and Google Analytics.
    • Experienced with Later, Canva, and ideally Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
    • Interest in AI tools for improving copy and content
    • Interest in health, well-being and exercise
    • Able to write on-brand, exciting and engaging copy relevant to target audience
    • Be able to create high quality social media assets such as reels and graphical content (a bonus if you’re willing to be on camera to create content)
    • Analytical approach – Able to understand data across social media, web, Google and email platforms to make informed strategic decisions
    • Able to manage data and present detailed analysis on trends and data performance to help make informed strategic decisions
    • Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
    • Positive, proactive and thorough, great problem solver and researcher, willing to make things happen
    • Great team player and also able to work independently
    • Enthusiastic to learn about our brand and market
    • Creative, able to generate ideas for ‘on-going’ content
