Dialer Administrator – Durban
Our well established client in Durban is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join their team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- IT Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification, with Mathematics.
- System knowledge Microsoft SQL 2008 and above
- Proficient at MS Office (Excel – advanced)
- Dialler administrator experience will be an advantage
- Knowledge of contact centre systems and processes will be an advantage
- System knowledge of Opengate and Avaya will be an advantage.
- Experience of presenting information to management will be an advantage.
- Experience with working to deadlines and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
- Problem solving skills
- Must be able to work within a team dynamic, as well ability to work independently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Must be able to create and document processes and procedures relating to the dialer
Able to work flexible shifts, including Saturday and public holiday rotation
