Dialer Administrator – Durban
Our well established client  in Durban is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join their team.
Qualifications and Experience:
    • IT Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification  
    • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification, with Mathematics.
    • System knowledge Microsoft SQL 2008 and above
    • Proficient at MS Office (Excel – advanced)
    • Dialler administrator experience will be an advantage
    • Knowledge of contact centre systems and processes will be an advantage
    • System knowledge of Opengate and Avaya will be an advantage.
    • Experience of presenting information to management will be an advantage.
    • Experience with working to deadlines and the ability to work under pressure
Attributes/Skills Required/Sought:
    • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
    • Problem solving skills
    • Must be able to work within a team dynamic, as well ability to work independently
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Documentation  
    • Must be able to create and document processes and procedures relating to the dialer
Able to work flexible shifts, including Saturday and public holiday rotation
