An opportunity exists with our client for a suitably qualified and experienced Commercial and Facilities Manager.
To assume accountability for the commercial and financial management of the business, to apply and maintain stewardship of all financial and insurance and risk management aspects of the company, to oversee and execute on procurement and Supplier Contract Management, to undertake the Company Secretarial function and to oversee the administration of projects.

In addition to the above minimum criteria, the successful applicant must demonstrate the following core competencies:
Relevant post-graduate qualification in the fields of Financial and Management Accounting
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant administrative and accounting experience within the business sector and target market environment
Demonstrate sound financial/commercial and business acumen
Exposure to allied technical, commercial and information technology processes and demonstrate solid understanding thereof
Accounting and Numeracy
Technical knowledge in accounting principles
Management and supervision
Working with teams
Being detail oriented
