The Client Services Manager is responsible for ensuring high level customer satisfaction and provide superb customer service by leading and motivating the customer service team, developing loyalty programs, and creating customer satisfaction goals.
Proven experience in a customer service position
Excellent knowledge of industry trends and techniques
Excellent communicator (written and verbal)
Must demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Minimum 8 years’ proven experience in a customer service position.
Minimum 8 years’ proven experience in IT / Telecoms industry. – Industry experience is critical
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of management practices and techniques.

Confident and Capable in engaging with C-levels Executives
