Our client, a well-established South African company that provide tailored solutions for retail, industrial, and logistics are seeking a dynamic and driven CEO.
The CEO will be responsible for providing executive leadership, ensuring the company’s sustainability and profitability, and driving strategic initiatives across all functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s strategic vision and growth initiatives.
- Oversee all operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance metrics.
- Drive innovation in products, services, and technology to maintain competitive advantage.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
- Build and lead a high-performance leadership team and foster a results-oriented culture.
- Represent the company to clients, partners, stakeholders, and the broader industry.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and legal standards.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CA(SA), CIMA, or similar qualification preferred) or MBA
- Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership or executive role, preferably in an SME or fast-growing business.
- Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy, with a deep understanding of P&L management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence.
- Proven ability to think strategically and implement initiatives that drive sustainable growth.
- Agile, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic about leading digital transformation.
