Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to take ownership of operations . This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead, optimize, and grow within a thriving retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily centre operations, inspections, and tenant liaison
– Manage financial performance, lease agreements, and income streams
– Drive marketing, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
– Ensure compliance with OHS, maintenance programs, and service contractors
– Build strong relationships with tenants, local authorities, and the community
Requirements:
✔ Grade 12 (Matric) + Relevant Diploma/Degree
✔ 8–10 years’ experience in Retail Centre / Property Management
✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
