Qualifications
- BCom or IT; SAP SD certified; 5+ years in O2C process support.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and document sales processes.
- Configure SAP SD.
- Support pricing, order management, billing flows.
- Liaise with logistics and finance
Skills & Competencies
- SAP SD proficiency.
- Sales operations knowledge.
- Integration with MM/FICO.
