Business Accounts Manager – FMCG
Our client in the FMCG sector is looking for a Business Accounts Manager to manage key client relationships, drive sales growth, and optimize business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage key account functions for Modern Trade.
Develop and monitor RSM team KPIs.
Optimize customer and product mix for improved margins.
Implement marketing and sales strategies to drive share gains.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.
Ensure 4P execution and financial management.
Conduct business reviews and sales forecasting.
Drive trade visits, track display compliance, and optimize contracts.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
5 – 7 years experience in a similar position
Key skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in account management within the FMCG sector is preferred.
