This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key leadership role in a purpose-driven organisation that supports small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through innovative financing solutions, mentorship, and business development.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
As Area Manager, you will:
- Build strong networks and market the organisation’s services.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team at the area office.
- Oversee the full investment process including proposal screening, due diligence, reporting, and portfolio integrity.
- Participate in investment committee decision-making.
- Manage the area office’s operational support and financial responsibilities.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- BCom degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business investment.
- Exposure to banking, sales, and marketing environments is essential.
