We are seeking an AI Analyst to support the development, deployment, and optimization of artificial intelligence solutions across the business.
The role focuses on analyzing data, evaluating AI model performance, and translating AI outputs into actionable business insights while ensuring ethical, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze datasets used for machine learning and AI model training
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on AI model performance, accuracy, bias, and drift
- Translate AI-driven insights into clear recommendations for business stakeholders
- Support the deployment and ongoing optimization of AI models
- Validate data quality and suitability for AI applications
- Develop dashboards and reports tracking AI outcomes and KPIs
- Ensure AI solutions align with governance, ethical, and regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience in data analysis, analytics, or AI-related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and AI workflows
- Experience working with large, complex datasets
- Ability to communicate AI concepts to non-technical audiences
- Python
- SQL
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Experience with machine learning models and evaluation metrics
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Amazon web services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform – advantageous)
- Understanding of data pipelines and model deployment concepts
- Knowledge of AI ethics, bias detection, and model governance
- Industry experience in security
