    • Be a naturally structured person, who enjoys working with proven client engagement sales frameworks and defined internal business processes.
    • Mature EQ, with the ability to engage with different personality types and understand business value of technology solutions for different decision maker types.
    • Be able to have business IT focused discussions with clients, understanding their business requirements in order to scope and sell business solutions.
    • Have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal with customer service/communication being a key deliverable.
    • Must be sales minded and driven to earn targets and commission.
    • Have the ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
    • Structured, has both technical knowledge and sales experience and genuinely cares about delivering customer service.
 
Key Responsibilities
    • Delivering structured client engagements, understanding client business technology
    • needs, scoping solutions and the sales of those business technologies. With the goal of effectively helping our clients’ businesses be more secure and efficient through
    • technology adoption.
    • Internal team collaboration and the management of a portfolio of existing customer’s services and the overall delivery of exceptional customer experience and customer service.
 
Minimum Requirements
    • Matric + 3-years+ working in an IT Account Management role, in the small to midsize IT industry.
    • Experience or certifications pertaining to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, IT security, IT data backup protection, Wireless and LAN networks or servers and computers.
    • Proven sales record of selling IT and technology solutions to clients (not via channel resellers).
    • 3-years+ working in a technical IT role or have technical solution knowledge.
    • Preferrable Skills
    • Product sales focused qualifications such as Microsoft MS-900, SC-900, AZ-900, product certifications or other software/product certificates  
    • Technical solution certifications advantageous
