Our Telecommunications client in Roodepoort is looking for dynamic B2B Telesales agents to join their growing team.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 1 year Telesales experience within an outbound call centre environment
- Excellent communication and customer service / Sales skills
- Solid understanding of mobile and data solutions is essential.
- Prior working experience with CRM software and sales tools
- Must be proficient in MS Office with intermediate skills in Excel.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8.00 to 17.00 or as per department requirements
