Our client in Roodepoort is looking for a Virtual Sales Account Manager to join their team.
The role will be based on site and entails acquiring new business through cold calling and conversion of prospective customers to actual sales virtually.
Achievement of Sales targets and customer satisfaction is key to the success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- To source and convert own leads
- Create ongoing rapport with business clients
- Achieve individual sales target for new business and customer acquisition
- Retain out-of-contract and renewable customers
- Provide daily activity and sales report
Requirements
- Matric + Relevant Certificates / Sales Training Record
- Must have at least 1-2 years’ Experience in B2B (SME) sales with a track record of acquiring new customers
- Mobile/telecoms experience would be an added advantage Excellent Communication skills
- Be able to build rapport quickly
- Proficient in MS Suite and CRM systems
- No Criminal Record
