**Education and Experience:**

 

– 2-3 years of Inbound FIT Reservations experience is essential.

 

– A tourism qualification or similar background would be beneficial.

 

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong connections with clients and partners.

 

– Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

 

– A passion for providing outstanding customer service and crafting memorable travel experiences.

 

– Critical: Established relationships with international agents (inbound).

 

 

**Salary Range:**

 

– Competitive salary ranging from R 23,000 CTC to R 30,000 per month, based on experience.
