Conveyancing Attorney

Our Client, a Law Firm in Umhlanga, is seeking a Conveyancing Attorney to join their team

 

Requirements:

 

Educational Background: LLB or equivalent law degree from a South Africa-recognized tertiary institution.

Professional Certification: Admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa plus admission as a Conveyancer

Experience: Minimum of between 3 – 5 years post Conveyancing admission experience.

 

 

Technical Knowledge:

 

Knowledge of conveyancing computer software e.g. LexisConvey, Stordoc and WebConvey.

Knowledge of the relevant legislation applicable to the Conveyancing practice, property transfer and bond registration requirements.

Understanding of Regulatory compliance legislation e.g. FICA legislation and POPIA legislation.

 

 

Salary package is negotiable and based on experience.
